While we are dedicated to expediting a seamless closing process, it's important to note that we don't engage in negotiations related to contract terms. Instead, we function as your dedicated back-office team, ensuring a hassle-free closing that brings you to the closing table promptly.

Contract to Close Package:
Our comprehensive contract to close service ensures a seamless transition from contract to closing, taking care of all necessary steps and communications. Here's a glimpse of what we handle for you:
  • Send intro letter to all parties explaining our role in the transaction
  • Review contract for completion and collect any missing signature and exhibits
  • Send completed contract and introduction emails to your clients, closing attorney, lender and co-broker
  • Submit binding contract to your office
  • Submit your loop to compliance for clear to close
  • Provide you with “reminders of important dates”
  • Obtain copy of earnest money by time allowed
  • Monitor and report loan status for approval
  • Track status of appraisal
  • Check on status of special stipulations (if applies)
  • Send all amendments if applicable to closing attorney and lender
  • Request utility information for buyers
  • Obtain and/or generate commission agreement and forward to closing attorney
  • Verify Clear to Close with lender
  • Prepare PAC Request form and send DA to attorney
  • Send "Almost Time for Closing" email to clients
  • Follow up on Termite & Rodent Letters/Bonds, Septic Reports
  • Schedule closing and notify parties
  • Verify closing package delivered to closing attorney
  • Review CD/ALTA for correction and forward to client
Listing Packages
Standard Listing Package:
  • Input listing into FMLS/GAMLS/NEG
  • Upload Sellers Disclosures to MLS
  • Upload Photos
  • Set up Showing time
  • Update Status as necessary
  • Listing Documents Uploaded to Compliance
  • Provide seller with copy of signed listing agreement and
  • Inform sellers property is Active
Premium Listing Package:
All items listed in Standard Listing Service PLUS
  • Create file through agents preferred platform
  • Prepare listing agreement, seller’s disclosures and send for signature(s)
  • Obtain warranty deed
  • Request copies of covenants and restrictions (if any)
  • Request of plat/survey (if any)
  • Obtain sellers signatures on any broker required documents
  • Obtain Utility Information from Seller
  • Assign Lockbox to Supra
  • Listing Documents Uploaded to Compliance for approval
  • Update Price Changes as necessary
  • Mark Closed in MLS systems upon closing
